Jean Alesi scrapes some of the fresh paint from his beautifully presented Tyrrell F1 car at the 1990 French Grand Prix.
Unfortunately, Alesi would be forced to retire from the race just 1/3rd of the way in – citing differential problems. Alain Prost would go on to win, however of course it would be Ayrton Senna who would become World Champion in 1990. Alesi would commence his five-year relationship with Ferrari in the following season.
