The lower third of Juha Kankkunen’s Subaru Impreza disappears underneath water during the 1999 Rally Argentina. Juha won the rally ahead of second placed Richard Burns. Tommi Makinen won the 1999 World Rally Championship, with Kankunnen in fourth.
