Take a trip down memory’s fast lane one race at a time with this collection of timeless Formula One Programs used for promotions during the 1984 season. 1984 was a tremendously exciting year for Formula One, as veteran Niki Lauda and hotshot Alain Prost battled it out in a duel which lasted an entire season. The Championship remained on the line right through until the very last race of 1984, where Lauda managed to stay in second place behind Prost to win his first Formula One Championship since 1977.
It was also the last year in which Niki would taste victory, and the first in which a newcomer by the name of Ayrton Senna would compete. All in all, 1984 was one for the books – literally. Enjoy!
